Founded in 2002 by Mr. I.C. Jain, a retired Superintending Engineer from the MP Electricity Board with over 30 years of public service, IC Jain Group was established with a singular mission: to provide world-class electrical infrastructure to the state of Madhya Pradesh. What began as a specialized consultancy has evolved into a leading electrical engineering firm, driven by technical precision and a deep-rooted commitment to quality. For more than 20 years, we have successfully navigated the complexities of high-tension power works, substation commissioning, and industrial electrification, completing over 100 projects that form the backbone of regional development. With over two decades of practical, hands-on experience in the field, Mr. Manoj Jain brings extensive technical knowledge and leadership expertise to the organization. His professional journey spans diverse industries, including solar energy projects, EV charging infrastructure, 11/33 KV grid development, PWD road construction, and civil infrastructure development.
Building upon the strong foundation laid by his father, he is dedicated to driving innovation, sustainable growth, and operational excellence. With a forward-looking vision and unwavering commitment to quality and integrity, he aims to lead the company toward continued success for future generations.
